For carbs counting, do I include the sugar as well? Or does carbs means total carbs (inclusive of sugar)?

Hey, carbs is the total, and the sugar is already counted inside it. The sugar row is just showing you how much of those carbs comes from sugars, so you don't add the two together. Just use the carbs number. Cheers!
